1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shavello.store and any purchase you make from Shavello. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We deliver to addresses in the United States only.

4. Products, cosmetic use and razors

Shavello sells cosmetic shaving, skincare, haircare and body care products and personal hygiene accessories. Shavello skincare, haircare, body care and shaving products are cosmetics for external use only. Patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. Razors and grooming tools are sharp: handle with care and store safely. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have sensitive skin, a skin condition, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and directions supplied with your product.

Razors, blades and grooming tools must be used with care, kept away from children and disposed of safely. Used blades should be placed in a closed container before disposal.

Product images on this website are illustrations of the packaging; colors and packaging may vary slightly. The ingredient list, size and directions printed on the product you receive apply.

5. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Standard US shipping is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Products are offered while stocks last. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your bag at the prices shown. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount charged. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, no order is created and no payment is taken.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by our payment processor. Your payment method is charged the order total shown at checkout, including any sales tax, when your order is placed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

8. Shipping, title and risk

We dispatch within 1–2 business days, with US delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the shipping address.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled until dispatch (see the Order Cancellation Policy). Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a free prepaid label; approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (see the Returns & Refunds Policy).

10. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale or using it unlawfully. All content on the website, including text, product illustrations, logos and design, belongs to Shavello or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Card and wallet logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided for general information. We work to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shavello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, except where applicable consumer law entitles you to bring a claim where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
